Equipment, kits, crew and trucks on one calendar.

Know today whether the job in three weeks can be built. Sklado is equipment planning software for event and marketing agencies, exhibition stand builders and companies that rent out event and AV equipment.

Launching soon. Sklado is being built alongside a working event agency and opens to its first customers shortly.

The Tuesday question

"In three weeks we build a stand in Vienna. Do we have every panel, both screens and enough tables and chairs? Or is some of it still at the Bratislava show until the day before? Is a truck free on the Monday? Who is assembling it? And half the material belongs to the client. Do we still have all of it?"

Today that gets answered from spreadsheets, memory, phone calls and a walk through the warehouse. Sklado answers it from one screen, and keeps the answer correct because every piece that leaves or enters the warehouse is scanned.

What Sklado does

Equipment register
Every piece of gear, or every quantity of identical pieces, with a photo, a code, a printed QR label, a home location, a condition and an owner.
Kits
A stand type or a standard package is a named list of parts. Booking a kit for a job reserves its parts and writes the packing list. Kits can contain kits.
Availability calendar
Every booking holds equipment for a date range, transport and set-up days included. "Available on those dates" means in stock, minus what other jobs already hold. Conflicts are shown, together with the job that causes them.
Crew and vehicles
People and trucks are booked per job on the same calendar, with their own limits: one person on one job at a time, one truck with one load size.
Client-owned stock
Material that belongs to a client lives in its own space, planned and scanned like your own, never mixed with anyone else's, reported per client.
The warehouse on a phone
Check out, return, move and stocktake by scanning. The phone camera is the scanner; no special hardware.

Who it is for

One product, four ways in. Pick the page that sounds like your week.

Event and marketing agencies
Building promotional stands and event set-ups from their own modular stock. The stand is a kit; the calendar says whether it can be built.
Exhibition stand builders and exhibit storage
Keeping clients' stands and properties between shows. Each client's stock in its own space.
Event and AV equipment rental
Companies that need to see what is free on those dates before they say yes.
Equipment inventory for small teams
With gear, tools or accumulated stuff that needs a record, a location and a check-out trail.

How it is priced

One flat monthly price per workspace. No per-user fees, so every warehouse worker, assembler and driver can have a login. Three tiers, keyed to what the calendar unlocks, not to seats.

What Sklado is not

Not event management for organisers
No ticketing, registration or attendee lists. Sklado serves the companies that build and supply events, not the ones that host them.
Not accounting
No quotes, invoices or payments in the first version.
Not an ERP
A company should set it up in an afternoon and train the warehouse in an hour.
