Your clients' stands: stored, tracked, ready for the next show.

Exhibition stand builders rarely own everything in their hall. Much of it belongs to clients: stand elements, graphics, furniture, exhibits, kept between shows. Sklado keeps each client's property in its own space, planned and scanned like your own stock and never mixed with anyone else's.

Three things Sklado does for a stand builder

One space per client
Open a client space for every client whose material you store. Register, label and locate their property exactly as you do your own. Stock never crosses between clients. A report per client shows what they have in storage, what is out at a show, and what happened to it over time. Later: a read-only view for the client of their own space.
Known weeks before the show, not at the show
A client's stand is a kit: the parts list you built it from last time. Plan the next show and Sklado checks whether every element is in storage and free on those dates, or still at another show until the day before. What is missing shows up as a list, weeks ahead, and can be marked to sub-rent, rebuild or buy.
Movements you can show the client
Every check-out to a show, every return, every transfer between hall and rack is a recorded movement: who, what, how many, when, from where to where. Condition and damage are recorded on the piece. When a client asks where their counter is, the answer is one search away.

Also for your own stock

Your own system elements, tools, lighting and furniture live in the same register and on the same calendar. Trucks and build crews are booked per show alongside the equipment, with their own limits, so a double-booked crew or a load that does not fit shows up while you plan.

Pricing

Stand builders storing for clients fit the Agency tier: client spaces, per-client reports, crew and vehicle planning. One flat monthly price per workspace, no per-user fees.
