In three weeks you build stand X. Do you have every panel, a truck and a crew?

Sklado is event production software for agencies that build promotional stands and event set-ups from their own modular stock. It tells you today whether the job in three weeks can be built: parts, people and transport on one calendar.

Built with a working agency

Sklado is being built alongside an event and marketing agency that stores panels, screens, counters, furniture and lighting, builds stands from them for different clients and venues, and stores some clients' material on top. Their four situations are the specification: their own building blocks, a client's warehouse they manage, trucks and assemblers on the same calendar, and everything collected over the years that just needs a proper record. The first screens you will see are their warehouse, not a demo dataset.

Three things Sklado does for an agency

A stand is a kit
Describe each stand type once as a list of parts: 12 panels, 2 screens, 4 tables, 8 chairs, 1 counter. A kit can contain other kits. When you plan a job, the kit reserves its parts, and the pick and packing list for the job comes from the kits, not from someone's memory.
Availability per date, not a stock count
"In stock" says nothing about three weeks from now. Sklado counts what other jobs already hold on those dates, transport and set-up days included, and shows the conflicts together with the job that causes them. Ask "can we build stand X on these dates?" and get a yes, or the list of what is missing. Anything missing can be marked as to be sub-rented or bought, so the gap stays visible on the job until it is covered.
Crew and trucks on the same calendar
Assemblers and vehicles are booked per job like equipment. A person can be on one job at a time; a truck has a load size. Double bookings and loads that do not fit are flagged while you plan, not on the Monday morning. Each person's and each truck's week is visible at a glance.

And the rest of the warehouse

  • QR labels on the piece, the case or the pallet. Check-out and return by phone scan; the packing list ticks itself off.
  • A client's material in its own space, tracked apart from your stock and from other clients', with a report per client. More on the exhibit storage page.
  • Everything collected over the years, finally with a record: what it is, where it is, how many.
  • Warnings in time: a job is close and still short of gear, a person or a truck; something checked out to a finished job has not come back.
  • History and utilisation: which equipment earns its place and which never leaves the shelf.

Pricing

Agencies with crews, trucks and client stock fit the Agency tier. One flat monthly price per workspace, no per-user fees, so every assembler and driver can have a login.
